JUMP TO…
If the school year just ended and your kids are already bored and looking for something to do, now is the perfect time to print out this summer activity bucket list! It includes over 100 activity ideas that are perfect for the entire family, and that will help you cut down on screen time during the summer months.
Check off all of the items as you complete them, or create your own list using the blank version of the printable. You can even pencil them in to your calendar to make sure you complete at least one per day!

Why You’ll Love This Printable
- 100+ activities: This bucket list includes over 100 activity ideas that are perfect for a variety of age groups. I tried to choose activities that would be accessible for most families, and that wouldn’t involve too much cost or travel time. Many of them can even be completed in your own backyard!
- Pre-filled and blank versions: Is there something specific you want to do with your kids this summer, like see an outdoor concert or visit a food truck? I have included both a done-for-you bucket list with over 100 activities, and a blank list that can be filled out with your own ideas. Use whichever version works best for your family!
- Perfect for all ages: It doesn’t matter what grade your child is in—both younger and older kids should be able to complete most, if not all, of these activities. (Toddlers and preschool aged children may need help from an adult.)
- Print in color or black-and-white: If you don’t have a color printer at home or you want to save money on printer ink, no need to worry. Simply print out the black-and-white version! (You can even go totally paperless by importing the PDF into Goodnotes on your iPad, and checking off the items with your Pencil, like you would with an editable document.)

Printing Instructions
This bucket list is meant to be printed on US Letter-sized (8.5 x 11 inches) paper. If you print it on A4 paper, you will need to adjust the “Scale to Fit” setting to ensure that none of the printable area gets cut off.
Because most home printers aren’t capable of full-page printing, some of the design on the outer edges will be cut off and replaced by a white border. To prevent the designs from being cut off, you can decrease the print scale or use the black-and-white version of the bucket list.
How to Make This Printable Reusable
Want to reuse this bucket list year after year? After you print it out, laminate it using a thermal laminator or self-laminating sheet, or place it inside a plastic page protector or dry erase pocket.
This will allow you to check off each item using a dry erase marker and wipe it clean when you’re done!
