Does it feel like winter yet where you live? The snow came a little late this year in our part of Canada, but we’ve had over a foot of snow on the ground for about a week now and we definitely got the white Christmas we’d been hoping for.

There are a lot of activities our kids like to do in the winter that we can’t do during the rest of the year… like having snow ball fights, making snow ice cream, setting up snow volcanos and doing snow painting outdoors (to name just a few).

But it’s also nice to have some winter activities that can be done inside the house (does anyone else love bringing the snow indoors?!), because let’s face it, getting four young kids into their snowsuits takes FOREVER. There are days where we simply don’t have the time for it.

…And on those days, what could be easier than an activity that you can simply print out and give to your kids?

If that’s what you’ve been looking for, you’ll love this free winter tracing activity for kids!

It includes 3 winter images and words for toddlers through preschoolers to trace, and it can be printed out as many times as you like. If you want to save paper, you can even print out the pages once and laminate them to make them reusable.

This winter tracing printable require no advance preparations, and it would make a great addition to your child’s busy binder.
