Ingredients
¼cuprolled oats
½tspchia seeds
½tbspcocoa powder
¼cupmilk
½tbspmaple syrup
¼cupGreek yogurt
1tbspblueberries
2tbsppomegranate seeds
½tbspcocoa nibsor mini chocolate chips
Instructions
Pour rolled oats, chia seeds and cocoa powder into a pint-sized mason jar and shake to combine.
Add milk and maple syrup and shake again.
Add Greek yogurt and shake once more.
Add pomegranate seeds, blueberries and cocoa nibs.
Let rest in the refrigerator overnight to allow the oats to absorb the liquid. Enjoy!

Keeps well in the fridge for up to 5 days.If making several servings, use several mason jars for individual portions or simply combine all the ingredients in a large container using a spoon and dish out the oats as required.To make this recipe vegan, use non-dairy milk and yogurt.
