Place instant coffee granules in a small bowl and dissolve them in hot water, stirring with a spoon if needed

Blend coffee mixture along with milk, cocoa powder and maple syrup (or another natural sweetened)

Add ice cubes to the coffee mixture in the blender bowl and blend all the ingredients until combined

Add heavy cream or coffee cream and blend the iced cappuccino mixture in the blender until it looks frothy

This recipe can easily be tweaked to suit any dietary preferences or restrictions. With a few simple swaps, you can easily make it decaf, low-fat, lactose-free or dairy-free!
