Print the free template, cut out the volcano shape and glue the volcano to a piece of blue cardstock

Grab a cotton ball and create a smoke-filled sky by dabbing grey paint above the printed volcano shape

Stir some baking soda into red, orange and yellow paint to create homemade baking soda paint for the lava

Use a paintbrush to paint some lava over the volcano shape, alternating between red, orange and yellow

Use a dropper to squirt small quantities of vinegar onto the lava—this will cause it to bubble and fizz!

Once the experiment is over and the paint has dried, display your volcano by hanging it on your wall
